Terms and Conditions Use of the mea444 Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and mea444 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for or using any service provided by mea444, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms stated in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform. Continued use following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Member Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the mea444 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Registration by underage individuals is strictly prohibited and such accounts will be terminated immediately upon identification.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Proxy registration or registering on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• Provide complete, accurate and up-to-date personal information during the registration process. False or inaccurate information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Only one account is permitted per individual. The use of multiple accounts by the same person is a serious violation that may result in the permanent freezing of all associated accounts.
• Must not be a staff member, agent, contractor or immediate family member of mea444 staff who may have a conflict of interest.
• Complete the required identity verification (KYC) process by submitting valid identification documents before any withdrawal request is processed.

Mea444 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. The platform's decision in this matter is final.

3 Security & Account Management

Each member bears full responsibility for their account security. This includes:

• Keep your account username and password strictly confidential at all times. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Update your password regularly.
• Ensure you fully log out of your account after each session, especially when using a device shared with others.
• Report to the mea444 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation or if you notice any suspicious activity.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) provided on your account for an additional layer of security protection.

Mea444 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a member's negligence in safeguarding their own login credentials. Any activity that occurs on your account is considered authorized by you unless a report has been made.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

All financial transactions on the mea444 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Our platform supports multiple local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, TNG eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and debit cards.

The terms relating to deposits and withdrawals are as follows:

• Minimum and maximum deposits are as stated on the Deposit ours is always up to date.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes on the mea444 platform.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Mea444 offers various bonuses and promotions to its members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted.
• Welcome bonuses are only available to new members making their first deposit. Only one welcome bonus claim is permitted per member.
• The wagering requirement is calculated based on the bonus amount received, multiplied by the multiplier specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

• mea444 reserves the right to void any bonus and decline withdrawal requests where bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Unused bonus funds remaining after the validity period will be automatically removed from the account.

All decisions regarding bonus claims made by the mea444 team are final and non-disputable. Members are advised to read the specific terms of each promotion before participating.

6 Game Rules & Integrity

• The outcome of every game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified and certified to ensure fairness for all players.
• Any attempt to manipulate or exploit vulnerabilities in the gaming system is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorized third-party tools to play is a serious violation of these terms.
• In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, mea444 server records will serve as the final reference.
• mea444 reserves the right to void any bets or winnings obtained through illegitimate means, including those resulting from system technical errors.

7 Prohibitions & Restricted Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mea444 platform and may result in immediate action including account freezing and forfeiture of funds:

• Any form of fraud, identity falsification, or impersonation of another individual while using the platform.
• Using a credit or debit card that you do not own or are not authorized to use, or employing any unauthorized payment method.
• Money laundering activities or using the platform to transfer or conceal funds obtained through illegal means.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes or deprive other players of their rights.
• Any form of threats, harassment, or disrespectful behavior toward mea444 staff or other players.
• Filing false insurance claims or chargebacks through your bank or payment provider after a legitimate transaction has been processed.

Mea444 works closely with relevant authorities and reserves the right to report any suspected unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

8 Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on the mea444 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphic designs, text, images, animations, software code, databases, and interface elements — is the exclusive property of mea444 or its licensors.

• Members are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, publicly display or exploit any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
• The name "mea444" and all associated logos are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use constitutes a trademark infringement.
• Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Mea444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account, whether temporarily or permanently, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the specified timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Legal compliance requirements or directives from the relevant authorities.
• Account closure requests made by the member themselves through official customer support channels.

In cases of suspension due to confirmed fraudulent activity, mea444 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all remaining funds in the account. Members whose accounts are closed on legitimate grounds will not be permitted to re-register.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mea444 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by third parties, force majeure or scheduled system maintenance.
• Financial losses incurred as a result of fair and legitimate game outcomes generated by the RNG system.
• Resulting from a member's failure to comply with the established account security requirements.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

12 Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
